Chladni was a German physicist whose contribution to the study of sound was fundamental to better understand the behavior of ancient and modern musical instruments.
The body of the guitar is the soundboard of the guitar. It has an average thickness of only 13mm. You will not find any other so slim solid body guitar. The body is attached to the aluminum frame in only four points and it is literally suspended on it.
It acts like a soundboard and, except for the bridge, every other part is detached from it. In some cases you can hear some little nuances in the sound just touching and pressing it as with acoustic guitars.
