Every detail, even the most insignificant, has value for me, and deserves my attention and respect.
Bespoke
Each Di Donato Guitars is unique. It is YOUR guitar and it doesn’t need a serial number because it has its own name. Even if you can choose finishes and materials that are already used, I personally force and suggest Customers to find their own way.
Warranty
Each guitar is covered by a 20 years warranty against faulty workmanship and defective materials.
Tuners, potentiometers, caps and switches are covered by warranty given by each manufacturer.
Di Donato Guitars will repair or replace, at their option, any defective part.
The warranty not include normal wear and tear, weather/climate related damage, and damage resulting from customization or service performed by an unauthorized repair center.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and it continues to be valid only after an inspection made by Di Donato Guitars.
The purchaser agrees to pay all freight expenses of the repaired guitar.
Only Di Donato Guitars is authorized to do repairs under warranty.
